These terms apply when you use this website or book a service with MiST Unisex Salon ("MiST", "we", "us"). By booking an appointment or using this site, you agree to the terms below.
Appointments & Bookings
Appointments can be booked through our website, by phone, or via WhatsApp, and are confirmed once acknowledged by our team. Please arrive on time; arriving late may mean a shortened treatment or the need to reschedule, depending on the day's bookings.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as early as possible by phone or WhatsApp so we can offer the slot to another client. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect priority for future bookings.
Consultation & Health Disclosure
Some of our services require a consultation, and in certain cases a patch test, before treatment. These include:
- Permanent Makeup — microblading, lip blush, ombré brows, permanent eyeliner, scalp micropigmentation
- Clinical Treatments — PRP / GFC and body contouring
- Chemical peels and other advanced skin treatments
- HydraFacial and skin rejuvenation treatments
- Hair smoothening, keratin treatments, colour services and hair extensions
For these and any other treatment, please tell our team beforehand about any allergies, skin or scalp conditions, pregnancy, recent medical or cosmetic procedures, or medication use, so we can assess suitability. We reserve the right to decline, modify or postpone a treatment where we believe it is not safe or suitable to proceed.
Pricing & Offers
Prices shown on our website and offers page are indicative and may be revised from time to time; final pricing is confirmed at the time of consultation or booking. Offers and packages are subject to the validity and conditions stated with them.
Results & Individual Variation
Results from hair, skin, permanent makeup and body treatments vary from person to person, depending on factors such as skin or hair type, lifestyle and aftercare. Images shown on our website, gallery or social media are for illustration and do not guarantee identical results.
Services for Minors
Services provided to minors, such as kids' haircuts or ear piercing, require a parent or guardian to be present and to provide consent.
